Copy any Theme files to Path at ↓
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes

*この時、”Creators Update 1703″などのディレクトリの中のファイルをコピーする。
windowsのversionに合わせて。

ades_theme_for_windows_10_by_unisira-d9xcl17\Ades VS Windows 10\Creators Update 1703

e.g.After Copy The files
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Ades.theme
..
some files

“コントロールパネル\デスクトップのカスタマイズ\個人用設定” > インストールされているテーマ　に、それらのテーマが表示される。
クリックで有効化される。
